By using FantasyLite, you agree to these terms. They are meant to be readable, so here is the plain version.
Who can use FantasyLite
You must be at least 13 years old to use FantasyLite. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from the Account screen in the app.
What FantasyLite is
FantasyLite is a casual fantasy football game. You draft four NFL teams and your score is based on the real points those teams score in their games. FantasyLite is for entertainment. It is not a gambling service, there are no cash prizes, and no real-money wagering takes place in the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Joining and playing FantasyLite is free. Creating leagues requires FantasyLite Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed at $9.99 per year.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All billing is handled by Apple. We do not process or store your payment details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate other players.
- Attempt to break, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Use FantasyLite for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FantasyLite running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. NFL data is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be delayed or corrected. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
Disclaimers and liability
FantasyLite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using FantasyLite at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms.
